Selection Criteria

1. Applicant must have completed at least 60 hours at Texas A&M University in College Station
2. Recipients are eligible to receive this scholarship only once.

The dollar value of the scholarship or scholarships will be determined by the amount raised from the various activities that the Rio Grande Valley A&M University Mother’s Club has undertaken for that particular year. The criteria for selecting scholarship recipients with extenuating circumstances (death of a parent, extreme financial need, etc.) will be assessed and voted on by the club on an individual basis.

The Scholarship Committee’s decision is final and all information obtained from applicants is strictly confidential. Neither the Rio Grande Valley Texas A&M University Mother’s Club nor the applicant will be required to divulge any information concerning the awarding of the scholarship.
